1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This includes:
- Account information (name, email, password)
- Business profile information you provide
- Objections and rebuttals you save
- Practice session data and analytics
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Personalize your AI coaching experience
- Track your progress and generate insights
- Send you updates and communications
- Protect against fraud and abuse
3. Marketing Site Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand aggregate visits to this marketing site and which public pages people use. Analytics is disabled on local and preview versions of the site and does not load on the production site unless you choose "Allow analytics."
After you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga that contain a client identifier. Our page-view events include only an approved public page path. We do not include URL queries, fragments, referrers, or values entered into forms in those events. Google may also process browser and device information and approximate location as part of its standard Analytics service.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under one marketing-analytics preference. You can change it at any time by selecting "Analytics settings" at the bottom of any page and then choosing "Decline analytics." Doing so stops future analytics collection in this browser and removes Google Analytics cookies available to this site.
Google operates as the data processor for Google Analytics. See Google's Analytics data safeguards, its Privacy Policy and its documentation about Analytics data retention. For questions about the retention setting used for our Analytics property, contact us using the address below.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We regularly review and update our security practices.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and data
- Export your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
